Team Blaze is a Leadership Flagship cohort group committed to meaningful community impact. As part of their ten-month leadership experience, the team was partnered with The Caring House, a local nonprofit that provides compassionate support for children. Team Blaze worked closely with the organization to understand the needs of its new location and to develop a project that would help strengthen its future. This collaboration reflects the team’s shared dedication to service, community partnership, and building a brighter path for the next generation.
Leadership Greater Huntsville
Leadership Greater Huntsville empowers leaders of all ages to learn, connect, and serve their community. The organization offers leadership development programs for high school and college students as well as emerging and senior executives. Each program is grounded in the belief that developing strong leaders today helps shape the future of the region.
Participants gain access to community leaders and organizations while exploring important local issues. Classes include site visits, behind-the-scenes tours, and interactive Program Days that strengthen understanding of the region and build appreciation for the resources that support it. These experiences encourage deeper engagement and foster a lifelong commitment to servant leadership.
Leadership Flagship is the premier program for established senior leaders. This ten-month experience is designed for seasoned professionals who have demonstrated significant leadership success in their fields. Each Flagship class is divided into teams that complete a service project in partnership with a local nonprofit. Team Blaze collaborated with The Caring House, identified their needs for a new location, and brought this project to life as part of their commitment to serving the community and contributing to a stronger future for all.
